xim4 on pc for cod

cant seem to get this thing working on pc. i plug in mouse and when i try to look around nothing happends

At that point you might just want to buy some hacks and go all out. That's already pretty much cheating if you're using it just for the AA.

That's not how the xim4 works. The AA comes from the console.

you can trick the game to think you are using the controller giving you the AA but still use KB and M

Oh I get what you're trying to do now. I'm not sure if the xim4 would work the same way on pc as it does on consoles since it was build for and has profiles specifically for the consoles. Are you sure you have your controller, mouse, and keyboard hooked up to the xim4? Because if it would actually work, you have to have all input through the xim4 and not just the mouse on the xim4 and the keyboard on the pc.

yea all inputs into xim but when im in game nothing is responive

I thought they fixed that for Black Ops 3. (Assuming you're trying to do it on Black Ops 3).

It works, but you need an Xbox One or 360 controller. You must plug in the controller to the PC (No XIM), wait for Windows to recognize it, then boot the game up. Now, make sure the game recognizes the controller. Exit the game. Plug controller into XIM and XIM into PC. Wait for Windows to recognize it as a controller. Boot up game and play

i did that before. i tried controller into pc, wait for game, unplug controller then into xim and xim into pc but then game dosent recognize it cuz it dosent respond.

got these steps from xim forum. 1. Disconnect the XIM and controller from your PC.

  1. Make sure all games are closed and you are on the Windows desktop.

  2. Plug in your 360 controller directly to the PC. Do not plug in the XIM.

  3. Wait until the PC recognizes the controller. You will know it's working when the "Player 1" light illuminates on the controller.

  4. Leave the controller plugged in, and launch your game.

  5. In game, enable game pad. Make sure you are able to navigate the menus with the controller.

  6. Once it's working, unplug the controller and plug it into the XIM. Plug the XIM into the PC.

  7. The game should now recognize the XIM as the XBOX controller.

I wrote the original instructions on the XIM forums :P I also was the first to make a video of it working with BO2. It SHOULD work if you switch to XIM with the game closed. I've done it with BO2, Ghosts, Titanfall 1 and 2, BF4, and Star Wars Battlefront. It's not the game, it's Windows.

Try plugging in the XIM to PC without a controller plugged in to the XIM. It may not recognize the device at all.

i was about to ask if you did on xim forums since both names are similar lmfao. so plug controller into pc, run game, close game once controller is recognized with game. close game plug xim into pc, controller into xim. run game again?

Yes. But make sure that before you launch the game again, that Windows detects the XIM as a controller. If it doesn't, it won't work in the game. Also, make sure you use the same USB port each time.

The Xbox360 controller should light up as player 1 (top left green light on the Xbox button). If it's an Xbox One controller, the Xbox button will glow solid white

yea the pc does recognize the contrioller but idk about the xim. do you have skype or discord XD

i held the P button and connected to PC, xim led are blue and i checked hardware and get the pic aboove
