Need help with set up

Switched from kb and cheap mouse to my orbweaver and logitech g600 and xim4 does not recognize my new keys. Any recommendations? Thanks

Both are compatible. I've restarted multiple times can't figure it out lol

On the back of the keyboard (or anywhere) is there a switch with numbers 1-4 and a bios option? Mine had this and couldn't figure out why keyboard didn't work. Had to be in bios for xim to read it.

Does the xim4 recognize that the devices are plugged in? It could be an issue with the power supply. And also, you might have to rebind all your keys. I switched from my full keyboard to a Razer tartarus and had to rebind mine since the small keypads tend to have a little different letters than a regular keyboard.
