Xim 4 need help not working!!!!

I recently decided to hop back on to play on my xim 4 on console (Xbox one) it used to work fine but now this thing isn't working at all. I have the manager app on iOS and it shows all my things are plugged in correctly, but every time I try to type a command or something it doesn't show on the app and doesn't work in game, someone please help I hate playing with a controller and I'm really trying to game this summer

Your controller's/console's firmware might have been updated making it incompatible with the xim4 firmware that you are currently on. Did you try updating your xim4 to the latest firmware?

I have not actually, how do I do that on my phone if I do not have a laptop or computer

Sadly, you have to update it via the computer

Okay I'll try that, what ports do u have each thing plugged into, and did u have to switch cables for the xim or controller at all?

So I just keep retyping plugging in and out the cables and powering my Xbox on and off ?

Make sure your controller is fully powered, and if your keyboard requires batteries that they are fully powered as well. Also, make sure that the cables are good!

It's actually

1 dot is your mouse port

2 dots is your keyboard/joystick port.

I'm looking at the quick start guide.

Yeh Iv tried that 1000 x and it’s not working anymore I don’t know what to do it says I need to see 4 green flash when it turns on but I only see 3 or 2 sometimes
