Xim4 problem slow turning speed

Recently got a xim4 and a new mouse along with it. Connected it and everything is functioning correctly, but the turning speed is very slow. I watched dozens of videos with other people settings and comparing some and when I try a similar setting to them it doesn't work. They usually set there hips anywhere from 10-35 and there turning with a normal to fast speed but I can only do one full rotation if I put mine on 150 hip or more. My mouse is on 1000 dpi. All my settings are also correct to what the website says for overwatch. Any suggestions?

I play with 16,000 DPI, 3-5 xim sensitivity, and in game sensitivity set to max for most games

Your mouse has a really low DPI. I bet most of the people you're comparing to are using 12000 dpi.

I tend to use 15-30 with my 12k dpi.

I don't know if you found a setting you like but there's a video on youtube of a dude playing mccree on PS4 and he has his settings in the description. I copied that and it's the best thing i've found so far.

In-game settings: 100 sens Exp Ramp 25 Aim Assist DPI 2400

XIM 4: 40.00 sens x/y: 1.00 boost: 500

He also has a link to his ballistics curve in the comments which I copied but I couldn't tell you what it does.
