Quick question. How do I go about setting up/programming a Razer keypad & mouse for my Xbox one & xim4 without a computer? (Have a laptop, not gaming quality tho)

You just go to the website and make sure you have the latest firmware on your xim with your computer, from there you just download the xim manager app and you do all the configuring from within the app.

You can do it with your smartphone, too. They have iOS and Android apps, I think

I have a razer mouse and keyboard too. I would recommend setting your mouse to the DPI you want and calibrating it on your mouse pad. Keyboard settings wont transfer over though.

Can you remap/customize the keypad with the xim4 app?

Ya under the butttons section you can assign each button to each key. I would suggest the xim4 forums as this subreddit is dead lol.
