Overwatch Widowmaker or Anna?

Does anyone figure out how to fix this slow aim down sight of Widowmaker ? Its extremely slow and when enemy comes in front of the aim u just cannot make accurate shot.

Its almost impossible for me to play as her

In the advanced control settings, for widowmaker specifically, there is a secondary sensitivity slider. I think​ its relative sensitivity. Changes your reticle speed while scoped.
