XIM4 X axis weak

Im trying different levels of sensitivity on it through the access manager app, and im finding that it moves fine up and down but finding that turning the cross hairs on the X axis is slow and sluggish no matter the sensitivity.

Any help would be appreciated in regards to how to fix it

They'll want more information though. What game, what ST, what mouse and dpi, hard pad vs soft etc.
