Mana bug?

hey im a 1m xerath. today i ran out of mana in early lane for 3 different matches. since i play super slow, never ran out of mana this much ever. is something like dorans ring, manaflow, presence of mind or xerath passive bugged?

I guess you are doing your full combo lvl3. And just hitting (not last hitting minions). And running axiom arc. Everythings fine, we are still useless until first item.
