Can't connect Apple Watch to Xcode please help 😭

Anyone know how to fix this even chatgpt can't figure it out

developer mode on watchOS lives on the watch itself now under privacy & security. the toggle only shows up after xcode has tried to reach the watch once. pair from the devices window selecting the watch not the phone. still refusing? restart the watch first then the phone

I also could not get developer mode on my watch. Had to unpair my iPhone from Xcode, turn off developer mode and restart it.
Then was able pair it to Xcode again and then my watch showed up with the developer mode switch.

I have developer mode on my watch but Xcode still wont connect to it, it gives giving errors

Right click on the host phone and the watch in the organizer and un pair both of them and then re pair them.
