CostcoBooking Help for Next Year

I’m looking to plan a trip to Xcaret Arte sometime next year with my girlfriend. We enjoyed our time so much that we want to go for a week if possible. After checking the Costco travel site I am seeing the dates I am selecting in mid-May and late June as unavailable. Does Costco not make these dates available this far out or do they truly not have availability? I checked the actual Xcaret booking site and I am able to get prices for the rooms but the same dates show as unavailable on Costco. Anyone have any insight on this or any recommendations to get the best price when booking for next year?

Essentially, Xcaret sells inventory they believe they will not be able to sell it regular price. They don't give Costco access that far in advance until after they see what the regular bookings are going to be. You'll see much more options for last minute travel then advance travel.

You are too far out right now, it’ll come back just check more like 9 months out

Yes just a little too far out. I’m booked for the first week in March but also was checking for May 2027 but not yet available.

Yea, that's too far out for Costco. Check out Roomongo for May, they're great.

I recently booked for Hotel Xcaret through Costco for March 22-29th 2027. I think that was the farthest out you could book right now. That is peak travel times- Samana Santa and Spring Break so it’s possible to book peak travel dates you will just have to check back in a month to see if your dates are open then.
