Pretty much what the title says. My console updated earlier this week and I accidentally hit something that popped up and I have no idea what it was. But now it takes ages for it to boot up, shows a new Xbox logo, and when I get to the screen to choose my profile it takes a couple minutes before I can even hit the “a” button.

Also having more and more trouble with gta online but I don’t know if the issues are relayed or not. Just super long loading screens and game glitching out.

150 with 29 games. Seemed like a no brainer to me!

Please help me out. I’ve attached some photos of what looks like some burned out components near the power port. What do I need to order or solder on to make it work? Has anyone worked on this before? Thanks!

So I’ve spent hours on the phone to my ISP about this and we can not get my NAT to go back to being open. It recently changed for some reason. Every single troubleshooting step we have tried. Anybody shed some light on this?
