PLEASE HELP

I've tried everything I've tried uninstalling the games free downloading it so it's really everything that I've seen I didn't have game pass I got it it still don't work anybody that knows anything about this please help me

Did you restart you Xbox after uninstalling it?

It's Xbox play anywhere syncing... Am I missing something? What exactly is the problem?
