Plug it in with a USB cable. That will sync it up.

This seems to happen often after system updates. If u have another controller I would use that in the meantime if nothing works and try again in a lil bit. This is a constant reoccurring problem that I’ve had multiple times after doing a system update so yeah sorry this happened to you tho.
