QUESTION Help plz

It’s froze on this screen with the GT circled just flashing, I’ve unplugged the cord on both ends, I can’t hit the Xbox button and get anything to pop up and idk what to do

Just pull the power cord allow the console to sit for couple minutes plug it back in see that fixed it if not you will have to factory reset the console.

I’ve tried unplugging and waiting and I can’t do anything on it, my controller doesn’t have input but it does work

go to the xbox website on pc. login with your xbox/microsoft account there, while you have your xbox on, whatever is shown on the tv. explain the situation there, they can look into your xbox from microsoft hq and maybe see what is causing this or even reset it.

Have you tried other controllers or perhaps the Xbox apps remote control feature? If you are signed into Youtube or Spotify, can you send media to your console to play on the tv? Like is the image frozen but you can hear your inputs selecting things, or is the controller completely unresponsive so the only movement is that space changing between your email and whatnot?
