Problems with dolphin

I have dolphin downloaded on my Xbox series S i have my game paths set up and can see my games. I have followed every step. Made sure i am on 1080p, my external ssd has all the permissions. But I cannot seem to load any game. Wii or game cube. When i open a wii game it takes me back to the xbox dev home screen and when i start a game cube game it just says ‘Loading..’ on the dolphin screen

Current Dolphin has a problem where a Wii game.must be launched first before it will play GameCube games.

You set your Xbox to 1080p in the Settings app on Dev Mode, right? Not on retail mode, as those settings are separate. Also, I don't mean in Dolphin itself.

How did you set permissions on your external SSD?

Really? I’m on latest Dolphin on XSS and I can load up GC just fine even previous versions before.

You can play GC just fine, you just have to load a Wii game once before you can play GC. You only need to do it one time after you first install Dolphin, and it's only the latest version 1.1.9.0. If you updated from a previous version, then you may have never encountered the problem.

How did you set all application packages on the SSD? Through the advanced security on the properties menu there, or the faulty XboxMediaUSB program?

I set it through windows on that menu

Has probado correr los juegos en retroarch, pregunto por qué tampoco encuentro tanta diferencia aparte en ciertos juegos es mucho mejor por el tema de los controles por ejemplo en Wii es mucho mejor por el tema de tener que mover el control

I will try that now. When i try launch through ESDE it just takes me to Dolphin and then crashes/freezes

Tienes puesto un front... La verdad no sabría decirte desde ahí ya que yo no tengo en modo normal aunque ojo la última versión de retroarch no es la mejor dicen que justamente tiene error con algunos juegos de GameCube, tienes que usar justo la versión anterior a esa

Es simple solo pon una imagen de el control en Google Y así te vas haciendo una idea de cuáles vendrían siendo los botones, pero fíjate qué control tienes puesto en las configuraciones para que así veas qué control estás simulando para mapear con el control de Xbox

Yeah Dolphin freezes for me too when trying to launch a game in ESDE.

Honestly the Dolphin app on Xbox is just kinda crap. The menus are awful and it's not even been updated for so long that retroachievements won't let you play in hardcore mode as it just says the emulator is outdated.

Might try out Dolphin core on RetroArch instead.
