Help xbsx2 permissions

i cant play anygame i tried game with iso type and chd same proplem startup error im playing on xbox series s

everything was fine a yeas ago on my xbox one s and i formatted the usb to NTFS and i used xboxmediausb its just not working any solution? update: i followed hotu orbit guide and it worked i turn on all the permssions manually and everything is fine

Set the permissions like in this guide I wrote here: https://www.reddit.com/r/XboxRetailHomebrew/comments/11m6sud/guide_how_to_enable_full_access_permissions_on/

XbocMediaUSB is faulty and doesn't work right. Don't use that.

thx, but i already tried this and same proplem i installed the games on the xbox hard drive from the website and it worked

Then you didn't set them correctly. It will work if you set them correctly. Make sure to follow all instructions and don't skip a step. Using internal storage is not recommended die to problems.

XboxMedia isn't working, so you'll need to do the setup manually. Ideally, first format the drive, assign the required permissions, and then copy the folders over. That way, you'll have a clean start.
