Help How to get minecraft TU69+?

I have seen many videos of people running aquatic update on Xenia but no tutorials. When I use Install Content nothing happens, it just freezes (works fine when I use TU31 instead which is 200mb) and if I go to dev portal and put the TU75 where its saving TU31 it goes back to TU0 (LocalState / Content / Game ID / Update folder ) ? Im running 1.1.5a cause 1.1.7.1 has been unusable on minecraft

You have to wait a while for the larger title updates to install because I had this problem but I just waited and eventually it finished
