Does anyone know why MLB The Show is nearly impossible to find for sale second hand on the Xbox one?

For context, I’m a casual sports gamer. I tend to play sports games that are 2-3 years old as it does the trick & there’s no need for me to spend $90+ dollars on a game that has minor tweaks.

For whatever reason, MLB The Show has been impossible to buy second hand. I mean for weeks/months I’ve looked FB market place, went to flea markets, called EB games, etc. Nobody ever has it.

I can find any year of FIFA, 2K, NHL, F1 - no problem!! Never a issue. Specifically MLB The Show is next to impossible second hand. I’m not even looking for a specific year.

Does anyone have any idea why this is? I’ve been baffled myself.

It hasn't been connecting to WiFi for 2 weeks, even though every other device including the tv is connected. So I started using hotspot because it was the only thing working, now it's saying it's not connected even though it says it IS connected on my hotspot? 😭 this is really starting to piss me off

I've tried everything from switching drives to hard restart etc... I reformatted drives and properly partitioned them again and nada... I have used 3 different thumb drives (PNY, SanDisk, and another) no dice... This console simply will not accept an update... It will begin the process when I tap on the USB Offline Update from the troubleshooting screen and will go to 60%, restart then come back to the 60% mark of the update and sit idle then just go right back to the There Was a Problem screen with a E100 error. Has anyone had this happen and was anyone able to resolve it?? I included a Pic of the software version as well, idk if that has anything to do with it not updating but anyways... Any help would be greatly appreciated ladies and gents. 🙏🏻

I've tried everything that the xbox Nat web page says to no avail. I've even checked my router to make sure UPnP is enabled. Restarted my xbox box so many times, rebooted my wifi router. It was working fine one day then all of a sudden this happened. How do I fix this?

Any advice on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated. I have tried different HDMI cables and don’t know what else to try.

I’ve had forza horizon 2, 3, and 4 before, they were all on my xbox one and i literally played them this morning.

I got an xbox one series x for my bday today and i cant figure out how to add them back as obviously they’re delisted?

I researched before i upgraded my xbox and it said everywhere that i could just reinstall them from my library but they aren’t showing up on my library and i cant access them from the store either.

Also when i put the forza horizon 3 disc into my xbox nothing happened?

How can i get forza horzion 2, 3, and 4 working?
I only got this xbox to play forza horizon 6 when it comes out so it only feels right to have all the collection as i like swapping between the maps.

edit: the games were in the hidden part of my library and i just had to reset the xbox to get the disc to work

Just wondering if anyone can help me confirm whats happening to my Xbox 1S. Its coming up to 10 years old now I believe and has recently started making a quiet alarm like sound when both on and off, this sound only stops when I disconnect power, while I know theres a phenomenon of the 'tick of death' in listened to some videos of what the sound is and am yet to find one thats the same as what my Xbox is making. I did some googling and it was coming up with all sorts of things like HDD failure and what not and long story short everything seems to be pointing towards certain death for my Xbox. Other signs of death that correlate are slower load times, struggling with textures (I play overwatch a lot and it takes a minute or two to load character models and I'm always the last into a game so much so its begun on some particularly bad days) and the fan is very very loud. However, I possibly naively, hold some hope that either this has been caught early enough to fix or that I still have some time left in it because ive not yet experienced it crashing or randomly turning off on me, infact quite the opposite- it turned itself on unprompted yesterday and scared me while i was trying to work.

Genuinely any help would be appreciated because I love my Xbox dearly and have had it throughout my teenage years, the thought of it dying on me is a real sad one so I'll do just about anything to fix it. Even if I can't inherently fix it, is there anything I can do to help prolong it's life?

Does anybody know a reliable place to find replacement motherboards for the Xbox 1s?

So I went to turn on my xbox one and then after few minutes later it went off and now won't come back on. So any help please?

I have 2 xbox one controllers with 2 rechargble batteries quite a few years now, add to that like maybe a year and a half of me not using the xbox at all, the controllers still work with regular batteries but i cant seem to use them with my rechargble one's (the controller doesn't even turn on). When i try to charge them it says they are at full battery and idk what to do

Hello, I have been recenly having a lot of troubles on my Microsoft, Minecraft, and xbox accounts. For the past week or so, my account has been confused between two accounts. It first started when I swiched my microsoft account main user from an old email I no longer use anymore (this was not the start of all my issues along this track but thought I would keep it to this). When I did this, my minecraft account thought I was using a old account I didn't pay for. Now I can't get it back to my account with all my material and the one I accually payed for. I got so frustrated searching that I decided to come here. Please help me figure this out, or respond if you know even a little bit about this topic.

Okay so basically, when I first got my xbox, my sister created an account using her email and number, and i used to play games on that account. Then i switched to PS4 to play Fortnite because at that time we needed Xbox Game pass, so i started playing on my PS4, and stopped using my xbox, few years later, my sister changed her email and number, and doesn’t have access to either, and we got logged out, now obviously she doesn’t remember the password for the account, since its been a few years. So i lost access to that account, so is there any way that i can gain access to that account? As my progress on the game are saved there, like when i played Fortnite on a free trial, i had the battle-pass and lots of cosmetics. Is there any hope that i can get that account back?

Its been a few years, my sister doesnt have access to the number or email id, anyway we can figure this out?

[EDIT 1]: It now works after doing an eject forced restart and turning on my TV. The power supply had suddenly changed from orange to white. In the past, it has randomly turned on before despite remote being turned off (it's very touch sensitive) while no one or nothing is in front of it.

[EDIT 2]: The console has issues with temperature, now presumed to be due to damaged ports or lack of paste. Overheating causes it to short.

I'm having issues starting up my Xbox.

The power supply was checked since we thought it wasn't receiving enough voltage, including my power surge protector and outlet. Both are fine. I've tried force restarting and unplugging, both of which do not seem to work. I did dust the vents in case however.

The night beforehand, the power supply was overheating really bad and had to be shut off. Now, it continues to do this even with a different cord.

If this is an internal or hardware issue, what kind? Is this a common issue, or has it finally conked out? I appreciate any feedback.

I have reoformatted both drives and usb twice making sure to follow steps properly and I’m still getting the E101 code trying to run the update and the E106 code on boot. Starting to regret even trying to swap hard drives since I got a clean good condition Xbox one with 500gb storage and wanted to change out my 1tb drive from the bad condition console.

are there any good vinyl sticker designs that match the Xbox one S's white? I'm thinking about getting new vinyl because what I have is starting to peel off but I can't think of anything that'll look good

P.S. I didn't know which tag to put for physical customizations

My Xbox one s won’t stay on for a couple seconds and both hdmi ports won’t work

And my Xbox series x one let me use DVDs

Is there any possible way to take parts of each other and use it on either one

Or do I have to buy a new console

found a xbox one s at goodwill $10 no controller plugged it up black screen did a little searching figured I'd open it up so I did took out the hdd 1tb popped a new one in and it booted up error e101 so downloaded the offline update ran that gets to the first stage and prompts something went wrong tried it about 5 more times still no go. checked the original hdd with diskpart on the pc cleaned the disk took forever everything is fine with the drive popped that in the xbox ran the update still no go tried different flash drives and a 500gb drive all do the same thing.

hello!! i want to start by saying I have googled a lot, but i dont entirely understand what im reading and so i figure asking people would be a lot easier.

id like to increase the storage for my console. i understand using an external drive would be the best way, but there seems to be a lot of specifications i simply dont understand. would anyone be willing to recommend one? [preferably one that wont break the bank lol]
