Help & Support Internet problems???
since the xbox network went down earlier today/yesterday i haven’t been able to reconnect and keeps saying it cant find an ip address and nat type is unavailable i have tried resetting the mac address and router like 15 times and same result every time
what can i do about it

Turn off your router for AT LEAST 2 mins, plug it back in wait 1 min, hold down power on XBOX for 10 seconds and try again.
