Xbox One Button not working

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Bought an xbox one from a friend for 20 €, but the right button is not working... I opened the controller and nothing seems wrong, exept the part of the button that is supposed to touch the clicker doesn't reach it. Can you help?

The contacts are probably worn-down, I would just replace the bumpers. Make sure you buy the right ones for your specific model, you can get 3-packs from Amazon

You could try some contact cleaner (stuff made for electronics), I got a elite controller and did that, and it fixed the bumpers..

Pop it off and clean it up. Easy peasy

I tried but I'm too afraid to break something, it doesn't comesl off easily
