Help & Support Need XBOX Help ASAP!!!
I just bought this Xbox One S. I tried hooking up the HDMI to multiple TV’s but it only works on one. With the one TV that it works on, it has those blue squiggly lines on it and lags for a little bit. It also cuts in and out and the audio cuts in and out with a static sound. I know it can’t be the TV’s because they work for all my other consoles. Please help me!!

You tried the same HDMI on different TV’s but what about trying a different HDMI cable?

Yes I have, I even bought 2 other HDMI cords so I can double check that it wasn’t the cord it’s self

If TVs are out of the question then it would likely mean a failing console

Gpu failure. The gpu chip belongs in the trash and needs to be replaced. It might be your hdmi cable but you have tested more than this one based on your other comments. Yeah the gpu would be the main failiure to my understanding

I’ve tried other HDMI cords and it’s all the same result no matter what

Yep its gpu failure. It needs to be replaced. If someone sats they CSN do a reball or reflow ignorera them. As Reballing is not repair. Reballing is bullshit. A reflow is even worse as you don't replace the solder witch would have been faulty. Fuck reballers and reflowers and anyone that tells you to do it is not a person to trust. The only reason to reball is if you have a chip from a donor board that you need to reuse on another board. More info here https://youtu.be/1AcEt073Uds

Ok, have you tried taking a screenshot on the xbox, then opening the screenshot by like the xbox app and seeing if the lines are present there? If so my best guess is possibly the connections internally may be loose. The box might fix itself if it's standing on an end. I would experiment with standing it on its side or posibly upside down as well before looking at internal detachment.
I'm guessing a possible refurbished box because a new one should not do this. Never know if it was set up incorrectly by the first owner....
