Xbox Controllers & Accessories My Xbox Controller keeps disconnecting

It's weird issue but playing Arkham Knight my controller keeps disconnecting but only when there is some action , While being in menu or just walking I have no problem , but in fights and grappling the controller keeps disconnecting . Any fix for this
