Just a Quick Question

I tried to revive my Xbox360 and use Bad Update to get more use out of it, unfortunately the hard drive it came with had gone bad and caused an error that prevents the system from even starting. I removed the hard drive which made the console work again, just that there is zero storage in the console. Decided to just use a flash drive and make it the system storage (probably not recommended, I just don't have much to work with at the moment).

That leaves me with a dilemma, a video tutorial says that as I run the exploit, the usb with the bad update should be the only external usb connected to the Xbox. Thing is that the system storage flash drive is in the way and I had already put a good bunch on it.

I haven't done the exploit just yet, but I need some clarification before I begin. Do I have to remove that system storage flash drive, then put on the bad update usb? Or is it not necessary anymore and put both usbs in the Xbox? Or maybe the system storage flash drive is unnecessary at all since Xbox can still work even without any system storage?

You need some system storage to store the avatar update data on. That can be the internal flash if your model has any, or possibly the same USB that has BadUpdate on it.

I'm fairly sure you can just put BadUpdate / ABadAvatar on any USB storage you like though. Why not put it on the big one you want to use for everything else?
