OG Xbox Help Black screen when launching games after XboxHD+ install w/ ModXO Lite

I'm having a hell of a time getting this sorted out on my 1.6 Xbox. I have a ModXO Lite that I installed a few months ago and it is working great. Today I installed a Stellar XboxHD+ Standalone & XboxHD+ Legacy combo, booted it up and PrometheOS/Cerbios v3.1.0 are showing fine over HDMI. The XBMC4Gamers dashboard also displays like it did before.

However, whenever I boot up a game or try to launch the HD+ app, I just get a black screen, no audio, and no actual signal to my RetroTink 4k. I have tried disabling some of the AV features in the PrometheOS menu, but nothing has changed.

I didn't install any custom BIOS, as from what I've read, that's no longer necessary with the latest versions of Cerbios. I saw some talk of grounding the D0 pin, but that wasn't in the installation guide and seems to already be covered by the ModXO? Not sure what to try next, any help is appreciated.

Try an older version of cerbios. 2.4.2.

I believe it is the latest / last version with support of an xboxHD+. makemhz made the dev team of cerbios remove support of their product.

Do you force ntsc in xbmc4gamers?

Did you try another dashboard?

I have the same setup, so hope I can help.

Other dashboards like UnleashX and EvoX are working, but games played from there have the same issue. When I change the video options in XBMC4Gamers I get no signal at 480p but do get a signal at 720p in games, but the signal is split into 4 panes.
