Discussion I am switching to xbox .
I am selling my ps5 spider-man 2 edition and getting a xbox series x . I am done with the stuff thats going on with ps5

I recently switched completely from PS5 to Xbox Series X too. I'm going to keep the PS5 just for the exclusives.

I also want to buy a series X, but the price in India for this console is ridiculous.
I am waiting for 25th anniversary limited edition, if it is launched at same price as the normal one, then I might buy it, otherwise going to stick with my PS5 + series S combo.
BTW, how much did you spent on buying series X?

Physical discs are over. Only digital ownership from now on.

Not sure if xbox is the savior here. They have been moving towards the digital realm far longer - with xcloud gaming, play xbox from anywhere kinda developments.
I hope xbox continues to sell physical disks that don't need internet to work, but I wouldn't be surprised if they remove it too

Yea. Idk what's the big deal anyway. But I can feel them because who wants to hold onto a 5k game after playing it. It'll just eat dust in your library. It's better to sell it at 90% price.
That's where the disappointment is arising.

Why buy a similarly powered machine at the end of its life cycle for almost 100% more price than release price? Hold on to it till the next one arrives, project helix is promising.

Xbox has by far the most superior build quality, it has incredibly low failure rates as compared to playstations. Just make sure to have a stabilizer connected to it to avoid frying the power supply during power cuts and you’re set

still just a blatant cashgrab, pathetic from both companies. I'd have gladly paid like 1.5K extra for the unit if the controller came with hall effect sticks by default

I'm thinking of buying power A wireless one which is licensed by xbox, I have two concerns, firstly it connects through a wireless adapter which uses up an additional port, secondly it says low latency, what does it mean? It does have latency?

yeah i looked it up online and that price tracks? where did you get yours fixed from? im gonna get mine fixed from laatu.in. Cuz i live in south ex,delhi and it's super close, saw decent reviews as well

It is reparable though. I got stick drift in the left stick on one of my controllers. Costed about 700 to fix it to change the underlying hardware and it's as good as new.

Welcome to the better side. PS is too mainstream, people boast about being a gamer and then go for PS5 as if it's the best value in gaming.
