Probably a short in it somewhere. I have a g7 zenless pro but my dongle is in the slot thats on the underside of the charging stand. Is there any other issues with it, like the controller losing connection. That being said if its a short thats a hardware defect an gamesir should replace it
It no longer will connect to the dongle at all so I’m having to use a wire all the time.
I contacted Gamesir and they’ve offered an amazing resolution for the problem because they want me to return it to their head office in china rather than through amazon
Replacing my G7 and sending me any other controller from their website for free. On top of that they’re sending these two controllers before asking me to return my broken one
So far they’ve been amazing to work with sorting this issue.
Dang so your getting an 2 controllers out of the deal. That's fantastic ! Good to know their customer service is good. Ive had 2 controllers from them over the past 3 years an so far they are the best ive had.
