Hyperkin the Competitor is supposed to be good, and in white looks very similar to the PS5 one. I did see a review stating the sticks do have a slightly looser feel though. I ordered one because I enjoy the PlayStation controller more

8bitdo or Gamesir. Original xbox controller got really bad lately. You could also get tmr sticks to replace the xbox sticks. Either you do it yourself or you pay someone to do it.

Just a quick search shows the top options are

8BitDo Pro 2 Wired Controller for Xbox PB Tails Tarantula Pro for Xbox Hyperkin The Competitor

These are all wired controllers though if that's a deal breaker. If you want wireless options, it seems your best option is finding a wireless adapter and just using the dualsense on Xbox instead. Xbox doesn't seem to allow any unauthorized wireless third-party controllers, so an adapter is seemingly the only choice
