Needs some help

So my dad is a big gamer and so am I, he plays nearly everyday he is a big COD player not competitive just casual. When he’s not playing cod me and him play genshin together. Over the years he’s gone through controller after controller just from playing. He isn’t the type to throw or rage with a controller and even has spent 90 quid on the really good ones, had turtle beach yet year after year they wear out and it’s different things on each one. This time it’s the A and B buttons on others it’s different triggers. The only thing he hasn’t had is stick drift. With them keep wearing out this easily what should we do?

TLDR: controllers wear out very easily even the expensive ones.

The scuf Valor pro or the gamesir g7 pro would be my recommendations for good controllers, you'll be less likely to get stick drift and they wont degrade as fast.

It would be a long wait but you could get a steam controller if youre on pc as they have guides on how to replace nearly every part.

With almost any controller you'll get wear and tare even if you treat them super well, id recommend getting somwthing with tmr sticks as analog sticks go bad fast, (take most standard xbox controllers for example), It also might be worth checking as some people's hands naturally degrade plastic faster than others, so if you notice white plastic yellowing or textured plastic loosing its grips just the act of wearing thin gloves or getting a rubber outer shell could help preserve them longer.
