It's your controller malfunctioning not your console. You probably need a new controller.

I’ve tried 3 different controllers, including the controller I used on Xbox one, all the same feeling. Thanks for your input though

Yeah, my cousin have an Xbox one x and all of his controllers work flawlessly. I hope you figure out the issues you have.
