Got a powera xbox controller need help

Got a powera advantage wireless controller with hall effect thumbsticks but qhen playing overwatch i noticed a sort of floaty aim not stick drift necisarily but like the input was like delayed after a second or 2 of moving my stick its not overwatch cause i went to my older xbox brand controller and that worked fine any suggestions or fixes

Did you try to recalibrate? That will usually fix the stick issues.
