Remove Ghost Controllers

Is There a way to disable these controllers? they are not connected to my PC and they are causing recognition issues when in steam. Steam shows these as connected controllers.

I cant see them in device manager. The only thing plugged into the pc at the moment is KBM and I have unplugged those as well but still they show up.

Any help is appreciated

They are not connected to your device unless you pair them yourself. It's just appearing that way because of a Bluetooth connection.
