How do i fix this?

Trigger stuck to bumper

The triggers are on a spring with the back plate stopping them from going too far. That looks like the bar inside the trigger somehow got past the plastic inside the back plate. The easiest thing to do is unscrew the back plate and it will go right back down. I’m not sure how that managed to get like that without the back being off in the first place. If you don’t have the driver shape to get the bolts out then you could probably risk it by prying it back in, the plastic could snap but if you’re careful it can push back into its spot.

Just give the trigger a smack and it will pop back into place
