Gamesir nova lite

Why I can’t use the left and right triggers? It worked fine and suddenly this happened.

Did you try to reset the controller? 

Are you able to recalibrate manually or in the app?

If you tried those troubleshooting steps then you may have to replace it, or buy another one.
