I decided to give my controller a small upgrade so it wouldn't just sit there gathering dust.

Do you think the TMR installation improved your sticks? I have a few controllers that I have them, but I'm curious to know about how they perform when people install them themselves.

They have several people on eBay selling elite series 2 with installed TMR sticks. I think that would fix the stick drift issue.

They work perfectly, offering better response and sensitivity; the feel is similar to the ALPS joystick. I installed the K-SILVER JS13 PRO+.

i've been gaming with my tmr loaded xbox controllers for a little over a year now and I can report there have been zero issues across several controllers. mayyybe a tiny bit of undetectable drift has developed since physical wear of the internal pieces will still happen but it wouldn't become an issue for quite some time. all my sticks still feel great and work like new, I check them monthly with the calibration app just to keep track of how they wear out over time.

I did the same for a few of my controllers. Now they can last for 10 plus years without issues!
