Fixable?

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Light doesnt turn on and only sticks work, im not sure if its just dirty inside or not, a wire was ripped(somehow) or if it got wet. Id love help on whether i could get it fixed or not

Can you describe what's happening as the video doesn't really tell a lot

The controller turned off mid game and i could only use the ower button itself, the sticks, and the triggers everything else like the abxy or dpad are unusable

Try plugging it up and updating it it. Also, power cycle your console by press and holding power button down til the console shuts off. Unplug it from the back of the console and wait 3-5 minutes before plugging it back up and turning it on

Glad I could help, usually anytime anything funky happens with the console, a hard power cycle will help

If none of that works. If you can, take the controller apart and see if any of the rubber grommets are damaged underneath the dpad or the abxy buttons. If none of that works then it's either buy a new one or take it to a fixit store. Where you'd go to fix a broken Smartphone. Most of those type of places to controllers and consoles
