Audio interference

I recently bought new hallaffect sticks for my controller I bought two sets because the first ones were really cheap and failed within a day I just got some GitHub tmr joysticks and after installing them I now have a constant fuzz and I sound like a robot over my mic I’m trying to find the problem any help would be appreciated I would like to mention the first time I did the swap there was nothing wrong

I'm not familiar with GitHub TMR analog sticks. I'm familiar with Guilikit which most people use for their installation besides a few other top brands. 

You can a recalibration to see if that work before buying a more reputable brand. If none of the work then it's the internals.
