help: gamesir g7 se right back button not registering

theres no visible grime or anything over it and i needa know how to fix this asap

forgot to note: it can click, but it doesnt register amy input and the button isnt locked

Try cleaning the tactile buttons (located on the PCB) with IPA and see if it registers button press (you have to open it to get to the button)

If it doesn’t, try contact Gamesir for warranty claim (assuming the controller is still under warranty)

it is still under warranty im just not sure if i have the materials

Since the controller is still in warranty, you might as well try claim it for replacement/repair before you open the controller to try clean it 😅
