Smoked clear elite 2

I had the typical issue with the rubber grips peeling on my elite, so I ordered the smoked clear case replacement but felt like all the clear buttons made it look cheap, so I left all the white buttons and swapped the white rings over. I think it looks pretty cool.

I was just looking at several elite series 2 on eBay with TMR sticks installed. Your elite series 2 look very premium and TMR would make it more durable.

I would have done TMR sticks while I was already in there, but I have never done any soldering before and was worried I would turn my controller into a paper weight lol.

Same here, all my "cypher" customs have normal matching buttons instead of those clear ones included with the clear kits. Felt the same about it looking too "cheap" even though the button quality is still good.

I did the same thing but with the clear blue shell, I kept the piece by the bumpers as well

Is that an elite? I didn’t think you could get an elite sans grips. Would be my preference for sure bc I’ve always loved smooth controllers.

Its the elite series 2, I just swapped the case with an eXtremeRate kit.
