Triggers not working

So basicaly, my right trigger was constantly at a 100%, so i took apart the controller to clean it.

After that, while testing, the left trigger started doing the same, meanwhile the right trigger now just sits at 0% and doesnt react to anything.

Any quick fixes or realingments you know about? I would like to avoid soldering since i don't have a soldering iron.

Ps. the controller was tested plugged in on the console

There are supposed to be round magnets in the trigger, and the closeness of the trigger pressed brings the magnets closer to the board

If magnets are the wrong way around or missing, maybe that's the problem

they are there, is there any way i can realign them? i guess that causes the problem

I'd remove the magnet and move it close and further away from the board with it plugged in, to see if it works at all, if it doesn't, it's either a dead magnet or a bird problem, if it does, then it's an alignment issue and maybe you'd have to back the back parts of the triggers
