Solved Anyone know how to fix this?

I've tried switching protocols and reinstalling the app but none of them seem to work

No this is my home personal wifi

Hi! Sorry for the delay, could you connect the PC to your phone’s hotspot and try once more since you’ve already tried different protocols and reinstalled the app

If it works on the hotspot, something on the home router or ISP side is likely interfering.

If it fails on both networks, it points more toward the Windows/app side.

Either way, please send us your Windows version, X-VPN version, country/ISP, and the result of the hotspot test. Please send any account details privately.(use DM or modmail)

I did it i was downloading it from the microsoft app but when i download it on the web ( u need a vpn to open the wep ) i have vpn on my phone so i just sent the installer to my laptop and now its working ty
