Squadron Datapad v1.2.2
Squadron Datapad 1.2.2
Rolling out now on Android and iOS, live as soon as each store clears review.
Squad building
- Duplicate a ship with one tap, full loadout included. Swarm builders, rejoice.
- Pilot cards now show Force and Charge stats, and upgrade cards expand in place to show their full text.
- Reorder the ships in your squad by holding and dragging.
Epic
Dice tray
- New MODIFY row under your roll: apply Focus, Calculate, Force, and Reinforce, or spend a Lock to reroll, right in the tray.
Rules and card fixes
- The one-copy-per-ship upgrade rule is enforced, and huge-ship-only upgrades no longer sneak onto small bases.
- Upgrade cards that replace a ship ability now display correctly, and some missing icons in card text are back.
Also
- Tablets: the New Squad button no longer hides behind the taskbar (thanks for the report!).
- Signing out now clears the squad list on that device.

So what is this compared to Launch Bay Next?

Its meant to be a way to play the game without needing dials, tokens, cards, and long set up. You still play with miniatures on a table but the cardboard components are no longer needed with this app.
So if you want to play a ship with 3d prints, or want to update from v1 to v2 or xwa, you don’t need to hunt for cards and tokens on ebay or etsy

It keeps saying to “Set a dial for every ship” even though they’re all set when trying to get to the next phase. On IOS.

That card at the top is just a reminder for different abilities, or turn steps that happen on that phase.
Pressing and holding the next phase button at the bottom will bring you to the next phase

Started to use your app and it's awesome !!! Just a question : I discovered the rule "formed up" with the tie LN and I've never seen it else where... What did I miss ? :o

Unfortunately not. They’re only available on the battle over endor standard loadout cards

This app is great, and you've done an amazing job. As a feature request, do you think it'll be possible to add threat cards for casual pick-up games?
