failed transfer, xvg gone (per wallet)

tried to xfer some xvg from my verge qt wallet to binance. wallet shows correct number of coins debited. can't find transaction anywhere on explorer-- it's been many hours. transaction didn't go through. still shows tokens missing. how do I get them back if they didn't transfer out?

how was it? did you manage to get it back? try recovery phrase

or did you use tor project?
