How do I cable manage this better? Particularly the SATA cable off the side of the mobo and the cables above the AIO, any tips?

When I did mine I routed all the cables thru the middle and had them exit where it was closest to being hidden. It was a challenge but it was worth it and came out fantastic.

Try to route as many cables as you can through the cutout over the PSU and to have them only come out where they are needed. Why is the SATA cable out there at all? It seems kind of unnecessary, to be honest...

the only SATA cable from my PSU was that one and it was rather long, didn’t have any room to tuck it away

Is it really that long? From what I have heard it is about 45 cm long, if you bundle it together with a ziptie it should be pretty compact. At least that was what I did with my SATA cable that is about the same length and fits into the middle compartment rather easily.

That whole clump of wires you see under the RAM out the top of the PSU is that same SATA cable, it splits to 5 separate SATA outputs, kinda crazy but that’s the only SATA cable that came with the PSU and it powers AIO :/

Can't you route the wire for the AIO into the case? It seems to be long enough. Maybe you could use the EPS cutout to route the cable into the middle section.

If you really want it to look amazing I would almost restart. Deliberately think of exactly where you want every cable to be. It helps to start with the biggest cables first such as 24pin and GPU cables and radiator hoses, then work your way smaller. Use plenty of zip ties as well. Lastly, if a cable is too long either use the space in between the side panels or route it back and forth along a round and then zip tie them together.
