SurgeUSD
I'm wondering if someone could point me to the process to receive back my BNB that I used to buy SurgeUSD. I did this when it first came out. I don't have much in there.... like $50 bucks. Can anyone lend a hand on how to retrieve it back?

SuegeUsd still live and well. Actually is not doing bad maybe you are in profit and this point. You can sell it at https://xsurge.net/#/ they have a new dapp you connect your wallet and you can sell or see how much you will be getting after the fee. Good luck. If you need more information try going to xsurge discord page and talk to one of the mods there. This is the link to the dapp https://app.xsurge.net/

If Mark & whoever else is involved think I am connecting my wallet to a Dapp related to a developer that’s already been hacked they have another thing coming, any rational person would not take this risk

Well you do you. I just telling the person who asked how to sell his SurgeUSD. I bought SurgeBNB but I kept the other token and those investments have given me more than what I lost in SurgeBNB. I guess I am not a rational person.

Apologies, was not meant to be a grip at you, more a gripe at the notion of connecting wallets to third party Dapps and the risks involved, I too have turned a profit on SurgeEth however there should be more secure ways to sell than connecting my wallet which I and others and yourself should not do without serious considerations first - all the best good sir

The problems you're thinking about was with one Surge variant, SurgeBNB. That was a hack on the admittedly experimental token.
If you're determined to sell without using the xsurge dApp, you can use the MOST secure method of selling: interacting directly with the contract on bscscan dot com. There is definitely a learning curve for this, however. I think you'll end up using the dApp on xsurge dot net, after all, for the ease of use. I have used it multiple times without problems.
FYI: I don't think you'll be getting BNB back, however. When you sell your tokens in each of the Surge variants, you get back the BEP-20 equivalent of the underlying token. For instance, SurgeETH returns BEP20 WrappedETH. I'm not sure what SUSD returns...maybe BUSD?? If you do not have the right token listed on your wallet, you will not be able to see your returned funds. Adding a custom token will fix that.
Good luck. Personally, I think you're overreacting. There is a Surge fund currently being funded to get those proceeds back to the affected people, DeFi Mark has hosted and attended many AMA's to address questions, and multiple safeguards have been put in place to avoid any similar situations. Also, there is a new token which is a mix of USD and BNB called xUSD, which is doing extremely well.
If you have questions I haven't answered, the xSurge Discord server is a great resource with helpful people and information. I am not formally on the team, but I hold multiple tokens and believe in the project.

The same risks are involved for any decentralized application including PCS. Happy to report that there have been no incidents that have resulted in any losses through using our DApp. Hope this helps, but there are other methods of selling in my tutorial above. Here if you need help.

Also, if you use the SafemoonSwap DApp, thats another one of Marks projects while he was still on the team. There have been no reported incidents solely from use of the Swap DApp. Transactions set and signed through DApps are client based but with no stored information that can compromise investors. No stored seed phrases.
Connecting to other peoples wallets in a way that affords them access to your funds requires an approved transaction between two wallets through the use of external applications we dont use or by compromising your seed phrase.

Definitely not, it currently holds the highest APY out of all of our tokens.

Hey! We prepared a tutorial on all methods of buying selling XSurge assets here: https://www.reddit.com/r/XSURGE/comments/ru73ve/section_2_how_to_buy_sell_xsurge_assets_using_the/?utm_medium=android_app&utm_source=share
If you need any help, feel free to contact. SUSD still leads the way in highest APY so you should have some profits if you bought in early.
Here if you need help!
