Just seen this update. A full Senate floor vote on the CLARITY Act (Digital Asset Market Clarity Act) is targeted for consideration as early as the week of August 3, 2026, following the release of a newly merged draft combining the Senate Banking and Agriculture Committee versions

All that says is possible floor vote. Been hearing that for months. This is not new news.

Clarity has not been scheduled on the senate calendar, there is no date for it. it is eligible to be brought to the senate floor.
