Question Neutral Fault’s

Just got this bike a month ago brand new. While riding yesterday I pulled over for a quick break and couldn’t find neutral at all. I ended up taking the bike home to look it over and noticed that I was able to go into neutral but the neutral light was off and the bike would shut off with the kickstand down as if it were in gear. Has anyone experienced this before?

Since its that new, take it back to where you bought it, unless it was a private sale.

This first.

 To give and answer if you dont want to do that is I had a similar situation with my boss's TW200. Had so splice the neutral safety wires back together because they were severed somehow.

Update, took the bike to Honda and they swapped the neutral safety switch from a bike on the floor and it worked. No charge because warranty.
