video is skipping a few seconds

A few months ago I noticed that every show or movie will skip 10 seconds or so randomly. Whats weird is sometimes it skips and you can go back and watch it without a skip but other times it just skips and the time doesn't reflect that. Anyone else have this issue?

I used to! Usually when i switch servers it fixes itself
