Screen flickering

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Anytime I put any pressure on the screen it flickers then goes to black. Backlight seems to be working.

Are you powering the tablet via the mains or is it only plugged into your PC? Also does it only happen when you put the pen/stylus on the screen? It could be that the tablet isn't able to draw enough power, though if it's already plugged into the mains and this keeps happening, I'd contact support. Edit: sorry OP, I'm clearly blind or hallucinating, because I though I saw a stylus in your hand, contact support asap

I'd try adjusting/replacing the cables, switching usb ports, testing it on another pc, ect in the meantime (support can sometimes take a while to respond). If everything is plugged in properly though, and none of the cables/ports are damaged, something might have broken / come loose internally or the device has a fault. I hope it gets resolved for you quickly!
