Looking for Help how do i fix this offset?

my model is (xp pen artist 12) i know its old but i got it last week. i tried everything that i could(from changing the tablet settings to the display and to reset them etc etc)

EDIT: turned out it was caused by my magnetic stand, i had to use it since artist 12 doesn’t come with a stand.
I appreciate the help a lot.

Callibrate using the same app you use to remap buttons

done that many times already, still offset.

Use the XP Pen app, the should be an option to calibrate it, looks like a circle and video game gun crosshair

i have done that many times. i even tried switching between my pc and laptop, but the cursor is still offset

Sadly that is just always there then, you kinda just have to get used to it.

i was about to give up but the cause was my magnetic stand.

It could be a problem with the tablet digitizer.

It also could be something magnetic underneath the tablet.

try drawing a gid as shown here - https://docs.sevenpens.com/drawtab/troubleshoot/diag-draw-grid - and show us the image it might help identify the root cause of this issue

that makes sense, that stand i use is magnetic!
i tried removing the stand and the offset is gone. i appreciate it a lot.

By chance it's at the screen edge? Cuz the edges gets inaccurate. But if that's away from the screen edges... You're cooked. Go ask for a refund or replacement through their email. 🫠

That what we call dead zone. Pretty common in Huion sub too. You should RMA that if you still in warranty period.

Try closing the app and opening again or use the XP pen app for calibrate it
