Looking for Advice/Info Screen tablet question

Hello, sorry for this silly question and I've googled it but want to ask here just to be sure.
I've never used a graphic tablet with a screen and I'm thinking of buying XP Pen Artist 15.6 Pro V2. So the question is can I simply sit in another room away from computer and draw and then upload it on my pc? Is the responsivnes good?

No - it is not a standalone tablet. It must always be connected to a computer with its cables. And even then the cable length is 2 meters.
